Santiago works at Diseña Tu País (Design Your Nation), an initiative that empowers young innovators to design the societies of the future, through a digital platform that collects ideas from young people and develops workshops to empower those communities using design thinking. He is the founder of Cómo Lo Cambiarías, an organization that develops problem-solving programs in schools to let students learn XXI century skills while they solve a global issue through projects. He also created LIDEROTECA, a community of readers who meet to approach solutions for the future. Santiago is a TEDx speaker, Kairos fellow, One Young World Ambassador, President Obama’s Young Leader of Americas fellow and has been a delegate in different United Nations’ scenarios.
