Ogun River, spanning three Nigerian states, suffers from environmental degradation due to human activities. Project COR GREEN Education aims to educate students and teachers about plastic pollution, freshwater conservation, and sustainable solutions. The project will provide access to environmental education and storybooks, creating eco-champions in the community. Activities include workshops and interactive sessions highlighting the interconnectedness of freshwater and marine ecosystems. By raising awareness and fostering environmental stewardship, the project seeks to restore the Ogun River's natural state and ensure the sustainability of vital freshwater resources.
