Onnica Toko

Onnica is the CEO of Macluminium Trading, a biodiesel producer in Kroonstad, South Africa. She was born and bred in South Africa, and is a heavy current electrical engineer. With hands-on experience in the challenges of driving the development of a relatively new sector and having taken part in a biofuels business incubator, she is on a journey to lead the emergence of the biofuel industry in South Africa. Macluminium Trading Biofuel is a registered private company started in response to a need to provide alternative fuel sources due to an escalating fuel cost, the introduction of policy incentives, and the need of all countries to reduce their carbon footprint. Throughout 2016 to date, Onnica has worked extensively to develop relationships and continues to build knowledge and skills in the biofuel industry.
