Nikiwe Mtema

Nikiwe, a 26-year-old Malawian, pursued her BA in Sociology at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is now studying for her MA in Health and Behavior Change Communication. As a project officer, she's on the frontline, enhancing menstrual hygiene management. She's dedicated to empowering adolescent girls, battling menstrual stigmas in Malawi, and aspires to found an organization championing girl's education and mental health.
