Kate Forbes

Hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, 26-year-old Kate Forbes studied Occupational Therapy at the University of Cape Town. Currently, Kate works as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, serving both private and NGO sectors. Simultaneously pursuing a Masters in Early Childhood Intervention at the University of Pretoria, Kate volunteers with Heart of a Champion, an organization dedicated to enhancing literacy skills and boosting early development in a low-resourced school. Passionate about child development, Kate aspires to create inclusive family-centred programmes and improve early intervention strategies, striving for a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
