Karabo Ngobeni

Karabo is a 23-year-old visionary from the rural enclave of Malekutu, Mpumalanga, and holds a BSc Microbiology degree from North West University. Passionately connected to her local ecosystem, Karabo is pursuing an Honour's Degree in Environmental Management, aiming to bridge academic knowledge with practical solutions. In 2021, she founded the Karabs N Foundation to uplift the underprivileged, showcasing her commitment to community well-being. Karabo is also the Director of Lekathaba (Pty) Ltd, where she balances environmental responsibility with community empowerment. Through her leadership, her non-profit organization has launched programs in education, healthcare, and socio-economic advancement. Karabo's belief in the transformative power of knowledge has inspired initiatives empowering the community to actively participate in their development journey.
