Ivan - Canada

Ivan is the recipient of the Laurence Decore Award and the RBC Leadership Award for service to the community. Ivan has founded a chapter of PennyDrops - a student-run non-profit organization - dedicated to addressing a growing financial illiteracy gap in Canadian youth. In addition, Ivan serves on the Advisory Board of a local start-up, which created an AI-based platform connecting individuals to meaningful local experiences. Ivan is interested in policy development around issues of the future world of work, sustainability and mental health. He hopes to use what he learns from the summit to enhance his impact as a leader and volunteer.
