Giada is currently studying Law and Political Science and is particularly interested in matters of public law, international public law and international relations.She is one of the three Swiss Youth Delegates to the United Nations for 2017-2018. Giada is the United Nations Youth Delegate from Switzerland to the Fifty-Fifth Session of the Commission for Social Development. She believes that it is essential to tackle the issue of mental health conditions in Youth, which she finds particularly important in relation to her role as young Swiss delegate to the UN. She is also currently the Vice-President of the“StudRat”, the student parliament at her university. In 2014, she became a member of the executive board and subsequently assumed the presidency of the Model United Nations (MUN) Association at her university.
In addition to being active on a university and political level, Giada also volunteers for the Switzerland-Cuba Association – ASC. In February 2016, she travelled to Cuba, and drafted the final report for a project supported by the ASC and “Solidarit’eau Suisse” pertaining to the purification of drinking water.
