Gerardo - Mexico

Gerardo is studying for a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is deeply interested in the detection of wildfires in forests, developing a technological aid for brigade teams that will allow a quicker management of information and a more efficient decision-making process. Along with his team, he has developed an MVP to try certain features on site and has currently won a place to attend the Global Social Impact Challenge in the University of San Diego and the Social Business Creation Competition in HEC Montreal to gain seed capital for the creation of new prototypes. His interests involve football, Kendo, learning languages and being a changemaker. Beyond the summit, he wishes to fully implement his solution to minimize the risk of brigade teams in forest fires, study a Master's Degree in Aerodynamics in Europe and travel the world.
