Arturo - Mexico

Arturo is a young musician from Mexico.

Interested in doing social activism in his state since 2017, he decided to do something about the problem of suicide there. Then he managed a collaboration with the Secretary of Public Education and the Ministry of Culture in Campeche and he started to visit public high schools with low resources located in "dangerous" areas proposed by them to guide with workshops young teenagers susceptible to suicide in the search of their creativity, that in most cases they doesn't know that they have artistic skills. He has reached six high schools and more than 400 teenagers.

His interests are keep helping this young persons raising awareness about the suicide in their state and how they can prevent it with positive activities like the arts . Beyond the summit he wants to use this knowledge to make a real and more professional change in his state.
